Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Thrive Intelligent B2B Connect (“Thrive”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
Thrive Intelligent B2B Connect provides business-to-business services including:
• Professional contact sourcing and validation
• Outreach campaign management
• Automated follow-up sequences
• Reporting and CRM integration
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, refunds are limited once work has commenced.
2. No Refunds After Service Commencement
Once a campaign has been launched, data has been sourced, or outreach activity has begun, fees are non-refundable.
This includes:
• Contact identification and validation
• Campaign setup
• Email sequence creation
• CRM integration
• Domain configuration
• Live outreach activity
3. Pre-Launch Cancellation
If a client cancels prior to work commencing, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus:
• Administrative costs
• Setup or onboarding fees already incurred
Written cancellation must be received before project initiation.
4. Performance & Results
Thrive does not guarantee specific outcomes, including response rates, lead conversion, or revenue generation. As such, refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance or business results.
5. Subscription Services
Where services are provided on a recurring subscription basis:
• Notice of cancellation must be given in accordance with the agreed contract
• Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable
• Access will continue until the end of the paid term
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Thrive reserves the sole discretion to approve or deny such requests.
7. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Thrive directly to resolve any payment disputes prior to initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension and recovery of associated costs.
